The Seattle Public Library Branch Collection

Location: 425 Harvard Ave E – Seattle, WA 98102

The original branch opened in 1913 as part of a deposit station. Throughout its history the library has moved many times, finally establishing a building in 1954.

As part of the Libraries for All Campaign, the Seattle Public Library commissioned a new building for the Capitol Hill neighborhood, completed in 2003.
